Warranty and Returns

We believe the dependability of our past will ensure our future. Our 5-year warranty is your guarantee to satisfaction.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a Return Authorization on certain products. Returned items are subject to restocking charge and customer is responsible for freight charges.

However, not all products are returnable. If you are not 100% sure of your intended purchase, please check with our Sales Team prior to ordering to ensure the product you are ordering is returnable.

All returns for credit must be made within 30 days of the shipment date and must have a Return Authorization Number. Products must be in their original shipping condition, complete with manuals, cables, power supplies and all other accessories. Failure to do so can result in an increased restocking charge or a rejection of the return.
